Placement Test

The placement test only applies if you want to study at the University Central Campus.

Modality

To take the test, you must follow these steps:

1. Check date availability for Placement Test.
2. Once you have a picked a date, you must pay your Placement Test fee, You have two options to perform the payment:
   • Pay the placement test fee to any bank agency of Banco Industrial, BAM or Banco GyT. Generate your payment document by clicking here, select the option “Otras Carreras campus Central”, and then print it and bring it to the bank agency of your choosing.
   • Alternatively, the placement test fee may also be paid online with a credit or debit card by clicking here, On type of payment select the option “Otras Carreras Campus Central” (student ID number will be filled automatically).
3. Upon completion of the placement test fee payment, you must enter your data to the following form and send it: https://forms.gle/tBNtEbA5SAtFj4bv9
4. You must send a picture of your certified payment receipt and a picture of your personal identification document (DPI or school ID with picture in the case of underage applicants) to the following e-mail: examenubicacion@umg.edu.gt, Then in the subject of the message type the name of the career you are requesting.
5. Wait for a mail with date and time confirmation for the test, as well as information on the methodology to be used.
