Today a reader, tomorrow a leader! The Engineering Faculty of the UMG considers the formation of teachers a continuous process and a priority objective.
The Seminar of Continuous Teaching Training is a mean of improving teaching that has been conceived considering two aspects: First, the study of educational and didactic theories. These theories are innovative for teachers, they are fundamental in the processes of teaching courses and allow to enrich teaching. A continuous curriculum renewal is a consequence of these studies.

The other aspect that is considered in the Seminar is training in theoretical engineering subjects, as well as experimental ones, which are based especially on the research carried out at in³, strengthening the professional profile of the teacher.
